The Court Administrator's Office operates under the direction of the Chief Judge and is supervised by the Court Administrator. The Court Administrator is selected by a majority of all of the judges in the circuit. The Court Administrator's Office handles non-adjudicative administrative day to day functions of the court. Other duties of the Court Administrator's Office are scheduling courtrooms, developing and maintaining the judiciary budgets, and handling all ADA accessibility concerns for the court.
The Trial Court Administrator's Office (TCA) is the executive office of the Circuit. As Trial Court Administrator, Holly Elomina is responsible for the management of the trial courts and serves as the principal liason between the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit and the Office of the State Courts Administrator.
