Employee Benefits

All employees (full-time or part-time) employed by the 16th Judicial Circuit are enrolled in the State of Florida Retirement System (FRS), as of July 1, 2011.  All employees have to pay a mandatory 3% (pre-taxed) of their salary to the FRS.
